Steam Milk Pudding

燉奶: 鮮果疍白燉奶

 

Steam milk pudding is a silky smooth popular Chinese dessert, that’s easy to make at home. It can be served hot or cold and topped with your favourite fruits. Depend on personal preferences on sweetness, try adding or removing the amount of sugar to your liking.

Ingredients:

100g egg whites
250ml milk (2%)
2 tbs sugar
Garnish with fruits or favourite toppings

Method:

  1. Dissolve sugar in milk.

  2. Add egg whites, stir well and remove foam. Poke with a chopstick or use a strainer to remove foam.

  3. Pour mixture into individual bowls. Cover with plastic cling wrap and steam for 8 minutes. After steaming, do not open lid, let sit for 4 minutes.

  4. Let cool and serve. May serve with favourite toppings or have it on it’s own.

Note:

  • Milk puddings can be steamed in a wok or a steam oven

  • Dessert can be served hot or cold. Be sure to fully cool the milk pudding before placing in fridge.

這是容易製作的美味甜品。可以熱食或凍食

材料:

大旦白3只100克
2%鮮奶250ml
白砂糖2湯匙
可用各種生果伴食做法

做法:

  1. 鮮奶加糖攪勻攪至糖溶。

  2. 加疍白攪匀,隔去泡末。

  3. 分放碗內用保鮮紙冚密碗口中火隔水蒸8分鐘熄火 ,不要開蓋焗4分鐘。

  4. 蒸好後在疍面上 放入自己喜歡生果,即可供食。

註:

  • 燉奶可以用蒸爐或鑊來蒸。

  • 這甜點可以熱食或凍食。如凍食,請確保燉奶完全冷卻才放入冰箱。
