Teriyaki Pork Chops

洋蔥照燒汁豬扒

A tasty and simple to make teriyaki pork chop recipe that goes well with rice or noodles. Recipe is perfect for busy individuals.

Ingredients:

1 lb pork chops
1 large onion
½ tbs minced garlic
2 stalk of green onion
Few slices of carrots

Marinade:

¼ tsp salt
½ tbs soy sauce
¾ tsp sugar
1 tbs cooking wine
½ tbs cornstarch

Seasoning:

4 tbs teriyaki sauce
2 tbs ketchup
¾ tbs sugar
3 tbs water

Method:

  1. Cut onion into thick cuts.

  2. Wash, dry and cut pork chops into strips. Marinate pork chops with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

  3. Fry onion in oil to bring out the flavour. Set aside.

  4. Use 2 tbs of oil and pan fry pork chops until golden on both sides. Add in seasoning and mix well. Cook with lid on until pork chops are done. 

  5. Add onion, stir fry for about a minute. Add in carrots and green onion to garnish and it’s ready to serve.

Note:

洋蔥照燒汁豬扒

簡單美味的洋蔥照燒汁豬扒可配搭米飯或麵條。此食譜製作簡單快捷,令你在忙碌的日子也可以享用一頓美食。

材料:

豬扒1磅
洋蔥1大只
蒜茸半湯匙
蔥2條切段
甘筍花數片

醃料:

鹽1/4茶匙
生抽半湯匙
糖¾茶匙
酒1湯匙
生粉半湯匙

汁料:

照燒汁4湯匙
茄汁2湯匙
糖¾湯匙
水3湯匙

做法:

  1. 洋蔥切粗條留用。

  2. 豬扒洗淨抹乾,切約兩隻手指粗條,加醃料撈勻醃30分鐘。

  3. 洋蔥切粗條,用少許油炒香留用。

  4. 加油2湯匙放豬扒,煎至兩面金黃色,加入汁料炒勻加蓋煮片刻。

  5. 放入洋蔥再煮1分鐘,最後加甘筍花,蔥段兜勻,即可上碟供食。
